Pilates...
Pilates is a strengthening program for all levels of fitness. It's great as a challenging workout for the fitness enthusiast or to aid in recovery from surgery or injury. Pilates is also the perfect exercise regime for pre and post natal women. It helps build overall strength by focusing on strong abdominals and core stability. Regular practice can help alleviate many different ailments such as back pain, headaches and neck and shoulder tension to name just a few. All of our classes are very small, ensuring every client receives the personal attention he/she requires.
Heather O'Donnell...
Heather started practicing Pilates in 1999 while working in Marketing and Brand Development for the beauty industry. A job transfer to London from her native California in 2003 inspired her to leave the corporate world and become a Pilates instructor. Following her Body Arts and Science International (BASI) training with Amit Younger at Pilates Performance at the Royal Academy of Dance in Battersea in 2005-06, Heather has taught around London at various venues including Pilates Performance, Hoxton Square Pilates and the Sammy Margo Physiotherapy Centre.
